Some weeks are better than others and sometimes the hurdles just keep on coming. More work, more surgery, chemo cream and missing my Dad........

When they are hungry after school giving them something that satisfies and is nutritious makes that time of the day a lot easier and it stops them raiding the pantry..........

Teenagers - distant, moody, uncommunicative and this is normal behaviour they all do it. Even though it doesn't feel like it they still love you and want you to love them. We miss that they don't run into our arms smiling when we walk through the door, they are changing and we have to accept it..............

We have all sorts of people in our lives, the things they do can make us laugh or cry but ultimately they are the things we love and remember them by......

Being a mother sometimes means doing things we don't want to, like letting our children do things that might hurt them.......it's all a part of letting them grow......

I love the holidays spending time with the family is just what I needed.......

Why are we afraid of change.... the fear of the unknown!  As I learnt change can be really good.

Research is so important with any disease and no matter how small we can all  do our bit to help......
